I like using indeed because it shows what is out there and not just in your area you can do a wide spread of your surrounding cities towns and shows you how far the commute is from your location! Also you can search for what job you’re looking for or field of work you would like there’s also a career ai that helps you with jobs based on your resume! There’s also a feature to get someone to look at your resume however that is the only thing that cost money but can be helpful!

I recently sent feedback on the app requesting that they provide the option to upload your own cover letter when applying for jobs instead of only having the option to write one inside their platform. A week later the upload feature is now added to the app. Nice improvement and it’s nice to know that they are actively listening and considering recommendations from people who use the app.

This app is the easiest job search/employer search you can ask for. The app pairs you with the best positions/employees that matches your skills. It builds a resume and also offers free resume edits. You can add all your skills you have or previously used. If you apply and missing some skills , you can add them or if the skills don’t align you can still apply. I highly recommend!!

I’ve been using Indeed for 6 months, and it’s been a complete waste of time. My applications disappear, and I never get any response. I don’t recommend this app if you actually want to get a job. My best advice: go in person from job to job to ask if they’re hiring. Based on my experience, Indeed is not a good option.

Indeed has helped me land three jobs I’ve had, including my current one. It’s mostly easy to use and apply to jobs. What could be improved is that I often see a lot of jobs I am not qualified for, and there’s no way I can see to block jobs that require things like a graduate degree or a medical license. Otherwise, indeed is pretty great!
